Zachary L. Auspitz is a partner with the law firm of Vincent F. Vaccarella, P.A. Zack focuses his practice on construction litigation, arbitration and contract negotiation. Prior to joining Vincent F. Vaccarella, P.A., Zack was an associate attorney at Greenspoon Marder, LLP and worked on various complex litigation matters concerning business/commercial disputes and defended nationwide class action claims arising under consumer protection statutes in both state and federal court.

Zack received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami, where he studied Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While at Miami Law, Zack was an executive board member of a law review and has written two published articles appearing in the Miami Law Institutional Repository. Zack was also the Vice President of the Cardozo Jewish Legal Society and served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Kenneth Gillespie for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. At Miami law, Zack received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in two courses.
